Why Was I Charged After My Plan Ended?

Almost always Auto Renew — a setting that tops the eSIM up on its own. It is off unless somebody switched it on, and it eMails you every time it fires

Nothing else on the site charges you after a purchase. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no automatic upgrade; a plan that simply ends, ends.

    Check, in This Order

    1. Open My eSIMs and look at whether Auto Renew is on for that eSIM
    2. Check My Orders — a renewal appears there as a top-up, with the date and amount
    3. Search your eMail for the renewal notice; one is sent on every successful renewal
    4. Check the card statement date against the renewal date rather than against the original purchase

Auto Renew fires when the plan is around 90% used or within a day of expiring — so the charge often lands before you thought the plan had ended, which is why it can look unrelated to it.

    Stopping It

Switch Auto Renew off on that eSIM and nothing further is charged. Removing the saved card from your profile has the same effect for every eSIM at once.

If Auto Renew is off, no card is saved, and a charge still appeared, do not wait — contact support with the amount, the date and the last digits shown on the statement. That is not a pattern anything here produces, and it needs looking at rather than explaining away.

Two charges the same day for one purchase is usually a bank reservation rather than a second charge — see Why Was My Payment Declined?. If both are still there after a few days, tell us
