No — we see how much data a plan has used and nothing about what it was used for. No addresses, no messages, no browsing history
The marketplace sells access; the local network carries the traffic. What comes back to us is a usage total, and that is what the counter in your account is built from.
What We Can See
- How much data a plan has used, and how much is left
- Whether the plan is Pending, Active or finished
- Which country the plan covers and roughly when it activated
- Your order details and the eMail address you gave us
What We Cannot See
- Websites you visit or apps you use
- Messages, calls or anything you send
- Your precise location
- Anything on your phone
Traffic on any mobile network is carried by the operator whose masts you are using, under the laws of the country you are in. That is true of every SIM, every eSIM and every roaming arrangement — it is a property of mobile networks rather than of us.
Traffic between your phone and the sites you use is encrypted by the sites themselves. If you want the connection itself hidden from the network as well, use a reputable VPN — that is what one is for, and it works normally over an eSIM.
What we store, how long we keep it and how to ask for a copy is set out in the Privacy Policy
