Challenges are time-limited goals with a reward attached; a streak is the run you keep going by travelling regularly. Both live in your Travel Passport
Challenges
A target, a window and a reward — stated before you start, and shown with your progress against it. Some finish with a badge, some with credit
Streaks
A count that grows while you keep travelling with us, alongside your best run so far. It is a record rather than a bill
How a Challenge Works
- It opens with a target and an end date, both visible from the start
- Your progress updates on its own as you buy and travel
- Complete it before the window closes and the reward is granted automatically
- Miss it and nothing is lost — nothing is deducted for an unfinished challenge
Streaks and Shields
A streak breaks if the gap between trips gets too long. A streak shield protects one such gap — it is one of the things a badge can award, and it is spent automatically when it is needed rather than being something to remember.
None of this changes what you pay or what plan you are shown. It is a layer on top of buying an eSIM, not a condition of it.
Limited-edition challenges and badges really do close. If one is open and you want it, the end date on the card is the real deadline
