Request it on the account deletion page — the account is closed and your personal data is erased, apart from the records the law requires us to keep
Before You Ask
- Spend or write off any tDC balance — credit does not survive the account and cannot be paid out
- Save any receipts you may need later
- Finish or abandon running plans — an eSIM already installed keeps working, but you lose the account view of it
- Note that referral rewards end, including any not yet earned
What Happens
- Submit the request from the deletion page while signed in
- We confirm it is really you
- The account is closed and personal data is erased
- You receive confirmation when it is done
Deletion is permanent. Orders, eSIMs, balances and history cannot be restored afterwards, and a new account starts empty.
What Is Kept, and Why
Records of payments and invoices are retained for the period tax and accounting law requires. They are kept for that purpose alone and are not used for anything else. The Privacy Policy sets out the periods.
If the aim is simply to stop receiving eMail, unsubscribing is the lighter answer — every message we send carries a link, and it does not cost you your order history
