Both live in your account settings — and if you cannot sign in at all, the reset link on the login page is the way back
Changing Your Password
- Sign in and open your account settings
- Choose to change the password
- Enter the current one, then the new one twice
If You Cannot Sign In
- On the sign-in page, choose the forgotten-password link
- Enter the address on the account
- Open the eMail and follow the link — check spam if it has not arrived within a few minutes
- Set a new password
The reset link is deliberately short-lived. If it has expired, ask for another rather than reusing the old one.
Changing the eMail Address
The address on the account is where every order confirmation goes, so it can be changed from your account settings and the change is confirmed by eMail. If you no longer have access to the old address, contact support — we will verify the account another way rather than simply taking the request.
Changing your address does not resend past confirmations. Save anything you still need from the old inbox first, particularly for guest orders, whose only link back lives in that eMail.
A unique password matters here more than on most sites, because the account holds a tDC balance and your order history. A password manager solves it once
