How Do I Manage eMails and Notifications?

Two separate streams — in-app notifications in your account, and eMail, which every message lets you unsubscribe from

    Notifications

In your account: orders, top-ups and support replies. Filterable, and markable as read one at a time or all at once

    eMail

Order confirmations, installation details, low-data warnings and renewal notices — plus anything you opted into

    Turning eMail Down

    1. Open any message from us
    2. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom
    3. Confirm — it takes effect immediately

Some eMails are not marketing and keep coming. Your order confirmation carries the QR code, and a renewal notice tells you a card was charged. Those are records of a transaction rather than a mailing list, and unsubscribing does not stop them — which is what you want the day something goes wrong.

If our eMail is not arriving at all, check spam and promotions first, and confirm the address on your account is the one you are reading. Everything an eMail contains is also in My Orders.

Support replies land in both places. If you have raised a ticket, the notifications list is the faster of the two to check
