Three Places to Look
- The confirmation screen shown the moment the payment cleared
- The confirmation eMail, sent to the address you gave at checkout — check spam and promotions
- My eSIMs in your account, where every eSIM keeps its own code
Bought as a guest? The confirmation eMail carries a private order link that does not expire. That link is the guest equivalent of an account, so keep the eMail.
Scanning It With One Phone
A QR code has to be read by a camera, and a phone cannot photograph its own screen. Any of these work:
- Open the eMail on a laptop or tablet and scan from that screen
- Print it
- Tap the install link in the eMail on the phone itself, which skips scanning entirely
- Use the activation code and enter the details by hand
A QR code normally installs once. After a successful installation the same code will usually refuse a second attempt — that is a safeguard, not a fault, and it is why deleting an eSIM should be done deliberately. See Can I Reinstall the Same eSIM?
Treat the code like a ticket. Anyone who scans it before you can install your plan on their phone, so there is no reason to post it in a group chat or a review
