In travelData Wallet — choose an amount, pay by card, and the tDC is in the balance within seconds

You do not have to top up to use the wallet. Cashback, referral rewards and badge rewards arrive on their own. Topping up is for the times you want the balance ready in advance — before a trip, or before handing someone a gift card.

    Topping Up

    1. Sign in and open travelData Wallet
    2. Choose an amount to add
    3. Pay with a saved card, or add a new one
    4. The balance updates immediately, and the movement is listed in your history

One tDC always equals one US dollar. If you pay in another currency the conversion uses the same daily rate the rest of the site uses, so what a top-up costs you moves slightly with the exchange rate.

    What the Balance Can Do

    • Pay for a plan, in whole or in part, at checkout
    • Pay for a top-up on a running eSIM
    • Cover an Auto Renew before your card is charged
    • Become a gift card for somebody else

tDC is store credit. It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or exchanged for cash — so top up what you expect to spend rather than parking money in it.

If you want the balance to reach another person instead, turn it into a gift card — see Can I Turn My Wallet Balance Into a Gift Card?
