A Country Plan covers one destination and nothing else — it is the cheapest way to buy data when the whole trip happens in one place
Coverage is what you pay for. A plan that works in one country buys access to that country's mobile networks only, which is why it costs less per gigabyte than a plan spanning a continent. If your trip does not cross a border, you are paying for coverage you would never use.
How It Works
- You choose the destination, then the amount of data and the validity that fits the trip
- The plan is installed before you leave and starts when you arrive and connect
- Inside the country it connects to local networks automatically, switching between them as coverage changes
- Outside the country it does not connect at all — no data, and no surprise charge either

- One destination, there and back
- A city break or a single business trip
- A beach holiday with no side trips
Take a Regional Plan
- Two or more countries in one region
- An interrail or road trip
- A cruise calling at several ports
Buying two Country Plans for a two-country trip is sometimes cheaper than one Regional Plan, and sometimes not. Both are on the destination page side by side, so it takes a moment to compare rather than a guess
