Can I Top Up My Plan?

On most plans, yes — add data to the eSIM you are already using, without reinstalling anything or changing a setting

    How It Works

    1. Connect to Wi-Fi if the data has already run out
    2. Open My eSIMs and choose the eSIM you are travelling on
    3. Choose a top-up, or a new plan for the same destination
    4. Pay — the new allowance attaches to the same eSIM
    5. The connection resumes within a few minutes

Nothing is scanned, nothing is installed and no setting changes. The profile on the phone stays exactly as it is; only what it is allowed to do changes.

Top Up, or Buy a New Plan?

    Top Up

More data in the same country, on the plan already running. Usually the cheapest way to add a little

    New Plan

A different country, a longer validity, or a lot more data. Starts when the current one ends

Top up before the data runs out if you can. Once it is gone you need Wi-Fi to buy anything, and Wi-Fi is not always where you are standing when it happens.

Whether a top-up is available depends on the destination and the local network. Where it is not, buying a fresh plan onto the same eSIM does the same job in the same number of taps
